HELP FOR HOMEOWNERS

 The Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) is now accepting additional applications in Massachusetts, among other states, to try and make resources available to more struggling homeowners. EHLP helps homeowners who have had a reduction in income and are risking foreclosure. The program has the potential to give eligible homeowners an interest-free loan to pay some of their mortgage each month for 2 years or up to $50,000.
