We may contact you for more information or we may determine that you are ineligible for our services or that your legal problem is something we cannot handle. There is no guarantee that we can assist you. If we are unable to help, you will receive an email or letter.
- If we need more information we will call you twice; if we do not get in touch with you or receive a return call, your inquiry will be closed. We review inquiries on a rolling basis.
- We will generally respond within 10 business days.
